I was referred to Michelle Silva in April after the pandemic had really taken off. She had me FaceTime the house to her. She had a professional photographer take photos and video the house. From the FaceTime and photos and comps in the area she set the selling price to which I agreed, after she explained her reasoning. She set up an extensive marketing campaign immediately.
